New to Pilates? Learn the basics and build a strong foundation with this 2 week, 2 session series. One instructor will guide 3-4 students through basic Pilates movements on the Reformer or on the mat.

This is the perfect transition after completing the "Intro Reformer Class Series". One instructor will be guiding 2-4 students through a series of Pilates exercises and movements.

You've built a strong Pilates foundation, having practiced for at least 6 months, and you're looking for a challenging class.

This class is perfect for you if you're not sure you're ready for the Reformer 2 classes. And even if you have take the Reformer 2 classes, this class will be an appropriate mix of basic and challenging Pilates exercises.

This is a special 80 minute class geared to the experienced Pilates student (at least 6 months of consistent Pilates practice).
