Reformer Class 1.5

This class is perfect for you if you're not sure you're ready for the Reformer 2 classes. And even if you have taken Reformer 2 classes, this class will be an appropriate mix of basic and challenging Pilates exercises.

You will continue to build on the Pilates basics and foundation established in your "Intro Reformer Class Series" and the Reformer 1 classes you have completed.


Classes may include, in addition to the Reformer, small props, floor Pilates and the jumpboard.
