Terms and conditions for Privates - 10 sessions
PRIVATE SESSIONS
By purchasing and signing this agreement for PRIVATE SESSIONS at Pilates by the Bay, you agree to the following:
Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase date.
Cannot be redeemed for a cash refund and unused session(s) are non-transferable.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and will end at the scheduled end time, regardless if student is late to the session.
No shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a full session fee.
Appointment availability, schedule, and prices are subject to change.
All students authorize Pilates by the Bay to keep a credit card on file in order to be charged for no shows and late cancellations, according to the terms of this agreement.
You agree Pilates by the Bay is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
Sales tax will be added at time of purchase.
